“When we checked in, the lady was extremely friendly. She left at 10. If you needed anything after that, you’re out of luck. They only have a kiosk with someone from India. Not helpful. Needed another pillow, nope. The window wouldn’t lock all the way and the screen was almost off. Then had to go upstairs to get ice. Not a huge deal, but should have taken the stairs. The elevator tried to keep me. The door opened just a bit and then stopped. I had to force it open. There was a spot on the wall……

“Everything else was fine. However, the static electricity from the quilt was so severe that it was almost impossible to sleep through the night. We are not sure whether this was caused by the material or another issue. The next morning, I asked friends who stayed in other rooms, and they reported the same problem. Almost all of us had difficulty sleeping, largely due to the static electricity from the bedding.”

“Very nice unit. The 1 br was a bit small for 3, but would have been ideal for 2. Nice location, nice pool and hot tubs. Quiet location with views. Easy drive into Sedona. I highly recommend. My only criticism is that we had to wait (about 20 minutes?) to get a parking pass from the time share sales staff. This could have been given by the check-in staff. Otherwise, it was wonderful!”
